Please note that all sales are final. Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, we do not offer refunds or accept returns on any used or opened makeup items.
We only accept returns for items that are damaged or faulty upon arrival. If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately at sales@doriscosmetics.com so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and report any issues immediately. We are not responsible for items damaged due to improper use or after the return window has passed.
European Union Customers
If you are located in the EU, you are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period. However, this does not apply to opened personal care products, including makeup, due to hygiene regulations.
Refunds
If your return for a damaged or faulty item is approved, you will be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the item.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you haven't received your refund, please contact us at sales@doriscosmetics.com.
